Holland TMS is looking for self-motivated, dedicated team players to join our fast growing brokerage division. A freight following and 2-5 years of experience is preferred, but not required. We will provide the necessary training. A high school diploma is a must, while college experience is a plus.

The right individual will –

• have excellent phone skills
• have excellent negotiation skills
• be comfortable and familiar with computers and MS Office suite
• be organized
• be able to multi-task

The job will include but not be limited to the following -

• answering a multi-line phone
• working closely with carriers and customers
• periodic weeknight and weekend duties
